Classic Theatre Festival’s 2016 season in Perth, Ontario (an hour south of Ottawa) will include:
“I Ought to be in Pictures” by Neil Simon
June 7 – rehearsals start
Previews June 24 at 2pm; June 25 at 2pm
Opens June 25 at 8pm
Closes July 17 at 2pm
Role(s):
Steffy – an attractive woman in her forties, makeup artist for the movies
“Arms and the Man” by Bernard Shaw
July 5 – rehearsals start
Previews July 22 at 2pm; July 23 at 2pm
Opens July 23 at 8pm
Closes Aug. 14 at 2pm
Role(s):
Raina – an early 20-something spoiled but energetic beauty
“The Inspector Calls” by J.B. Priestly
Aug. 2- rehearsals start
Previews Aug. 19 at 2pm; Aug. 20 at 2pm
Opens Aug. 20 at 8pm
Closes Sept. 11 at 2pm
Role(s):
Sheila Birling – pretty girl in her early twenties, very pleased with life and rather excited
Gerald Croft – an attractive chap in his thirties, rather too manly to be a dandy but very much the easy, well-bred man-about-town
Performance schedule: Wed. to Sun. at 2pm; Wed., Thurs. and Sat. at 8pm;
Toronto auditions: Sept. 20, 2015 from 1-8pm; callbacks Sept. 21 from 10am-1pm
