2 days agoThe Classic Theatre Festival is thrilled to announce that the role of the dignified diplomat Philip Russell, who finds himself in a love quadrangle in the rediscovered comic gem Affairs of State, will be performed by Patrick Young.
Patrick was a well-known actor across Canada before spending 30 years training actors as Artistic Director of Dalhousie Theatre Productions and Theatre Erindale at Sheridan-UTM. Performance credits since retiring from academia include Loot, The Secret Garden, Buying the Farm, Come Back (short film), a Jerry Herman concert and a movie yet to be released. He is the author of award-winning plays “Winnie”, Aimee!, and Abigail or The Gold Medal, plus several adaptations of classics.
