The third annual Swing into Spring Big Band dance extravaganza with the Classic Theatre Festival took place on May 3 at the Civitan Hall in Perth, featuring the fabulous 16-piece big band Standing Room Only, with dance lessons by Tania Munro of Tania and Rick’s Dance Studio.
The event proved a major success 
that left a lot of people smiling and dancing all night long. There’s something about the music of the era that brings out the best in everyone. Perfect strangers danced, shared stories, related to the music, and left as friends, while long-time couples had an opportunity to rekindle that special flame.
